Ken believes deeply in local charities and continues to drive his company in the direction of giving back and making a difference in people's lives.

Ken Rusk began with the company in 1978, at the age of 15. He worked his way through various departments, learning all aspects of the business.

In 1982, Ken helped to pilot the National Franchise Program. He began to open corporate offices around the country until 1986, when he moved to Toledo to open EverDry Waterproofing of Toledo.

28 years later Ken has helped shepherd the company into ongoing growth with 10 National Franchise of the Year Awards, 8 Home Builders Association Contractor of the Year Awards, and a 2006 Better Business Bureau Award for MarketPlace Ethics. He continues to support an A rating from both the BBB and Angie's List along with an Extraordinary to Exceptional rating from Google.

Gil started working at EverDry January 1996, in customer service and worked his way up through marketing, managing, outside sales, and back to managing. Why has he stayed with EverDry?

Tim joined EverDry in February 1988. He worked his way up through the ranks of the Production and Installation Department. Tim was quickly promoted to Foreman and then Field Supervisor and is now in upper management. He currently oversees the entire production process, and will soon have 26 years of experience in the EverDry construction field.

Tim enjoys the atmosphere at EverDry, stating, "All EverDry employees are focused on customer service."

For Tim, a healthy mind and body has been a high priority for the last 13 years. This is obviously something that has helped his rapid growth within the company.

Bookkeeper

Paige has been with EverDry since October 2015. As bookkeeper, she is in charge of payroll, 401k, accounts payable and receivable, and also healthcare. She manages the budgets for multiple departments and oversee the financials for the whole company.

"EverDry has a very fun, upbeat, and goal-oriented environment. It's a pleasure to work at a place so rewarding every day."

In her free time, Paige enjoys tennis, traveling, and spending time with her dog.

Melissa Bumpus

In March 2003, Melissa began working at EverDry in the order processing department assisting customers with their financial needs. She also co-manages EverDry's Trade Show department.

Melissa holds an Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies along with being a Notary Public for the State of Ohio.

Of EverDry, Melissa says, "We have a true family atmosphere here at EverDry. We are a goal-oriented company with amazing upper management. It is so nice to know that I work for a company with tremendous morals, and ethics."

In her spare time, Melissa enjoys spending time with her husband, cruising on their motorcycle, doting on her nieces, and taking care of herself and her pets.

Jessica began work with EverDry in June of 2004. Not only does she help run the operations of the front office, Jessica also co-manages the Trade Show Department. She is instrumental in EverDry Regional Marketing campaign, which keeps her quite busy. Her department is a National award winner.

Jessica enjoys her position very much.

"EverDry keeps me on the right path to success. The environment is very motivating and has helped me achieve numerous goals. I enjoy the diversity my position offers."

Her first child, Elijah, was born in August 2012, and Jessica loves to spend as much time as possible with him. She is also passionate about staying healthy and exercising.

Our HR Department is headed by Tiffany Snyder. She brings years of experience in all matters legal ie., patient care, real estate transactions and office management. A proud mother of two boys, she enjoys tinkering with home interior design and is a creative cook.

Trade Show Manager

Aaron started working for EverDry in March 2011 as an intern. He worked his way up and became the Trade Show Manager in January 2016. He manages a staff that travels throughout Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan to various events to promote our product.

In March 2017, Aaron and his wife welcomed their first child, Payton. Aaron spends most of his free time with his family and enjoys playing hockey.

Canvassing Manager

Shane began his career with EverDry in October 2001. He started as a laborer but was quickly promoted to a Crew Chief and Foreman before becoming the Canvassing Manager in 2016. On a daily basis, Shane supervises a staff of ten as they survey a large territory and provide information on our services.

"After so many years, EverDry has become my second family. I'm proud to manage this team because they work very hard every day."

When Shane isn't working you can find him golfing, fishing, or camping. He also likes to give back. A few years ago, he took part in a mission trip to Haiti!

Tony started at EverDry back in October of 1990. Tony is currently head of the Service Department. He has been NAWSRC certified since 1996, holds the State Of Michigan Builders License and is a certified LEAD Renovator.

Tony, along with others, is responsible for the impeccable reputation that EverDry enjoys to this day.

What keeps Tony working for EverDry for the last 24 years? In his words, the co-workers. Each season change brings new challenges and Tony spends his time readying the department to take them on.

His hobbies include fishing, more fishing and camping. Interesting enough, he is also a civil war researcher and has worked on projects, reenactments and film.

Quality Control Manager

Jerry has spent nearly 15 years with EverDry. He quickly advanced from Technician to Foreman to Field Supervisor, Purchasing and Quality Control. Incredibly, Jerry has never missed a day of work in 15 years and was chosen by over 100 of his peers as Employee of the Year in 2013.

Jerry is an avid outdoors-man with interests in camping and photography, and when those activities aren't keeping him busy he enjoys following his favorite college football team.

Having spent nearly 2 decades with EverDry, Tracy Ball has been involved in nearly every aspect of the Production Department at EverDry from installation to supervision to customer follow up. Tracy is the go-to guy to handle some of the more challenging situations. Also, Tracy is a multiple Foreman of the Year Award winner.

Tracy's hobbies include hunting, boating, and fishing.

In July 2009, Lisa began working at EverDry in the Production and Service Department to help ensure everything runs smoothly. Customer service and cost analysis are her main focus. She is also OSHA Training Certified.
