Will you remain fully staffed or operate at a reduced staff? 

We will be operating at a reduced staff to ensure the health and safety of employees and customers.

What steps are you taking to ensure staff health? 
  • We are taking the temperatures of all employees
  • Limiting interactions between employees
  • Incorporating social distancing into our work environment
  • We are regularly cleaning our equipment, public areas, etc.
  • We aren’t allowing any employee showing any signs of symptoms to work in the office or on site
What steps are you taking to ensure social distancing during appointments? 

We are accommodating the individual needs of our customers to ensure they are comfortable and to keep both parties healthy.

I am feeling ill or have a health-compromised situation. How do I reschedule my appointment? 

Our customers have always been our number one priority. If you would prefer to reschedule, please contact our office and we will work with you to push back your appointment.

What is our service department’s availability to our current customers? 

Please contact us to schedule an appointment. We are attempting to be as available to our customers as possible.

Will you be installing my job if it is already scheduled? 

Yes, we will honor your scheduled date.

How are you handling warranty payments for customers? 

Due to operating at a reduced staff we can’t currently accept payments by check or over the phone. However you can still make your payment online at the following link:


We’ll be waiving late fees for the next 30 days and this policy will be reviewed as necessary. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Can I still apply for a position at EverDry Toledo? 

We are still accepting online applications, but are holding off on interviews at this time.
